摘要
在饲料蛋白质水平和能量水平均能满足生长需要的前提下 ,以不同的油脂配制成 6种试验饲料 ,投喂施氏鲟幼鱼 7周 ,综合分析其生长效率各参数。试验结果表明 :混合油组的总体生长效果最好 ,而葵花籽油和猪油组最差。分析表明 :除了ω3多不饱和脂肪酸 (PUFA)之外 ,施氏鲟的必需脂肪酸还同时包括 18∶2ω6 ,且施氏鲟对 18∶3ω3的需求要比 18∶2ω6大 ;另外 。
Juvenile Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii were fed 6 different lipid diets which had sufficient protein and energy for 7 weeks. General evaluation in growth showed that the oil mixture was the best lipid while sunflower oil and lard were the worst one for Amur sturgeon. Fish fed diet with oil mixture had significantly (P<0.05) greater percentage body weight increase, protein efficiency and lower feed coefficient, while fish fed sunflower oil or lard performed in the contrary.Results suggested that in addition to ω3 PUFA,18∶2ω6 and 18∶3ω3 were also essential for sturgeon, but sturgeon needed more18∶3ω3 than 18∶2ω6. The results also indicated that oxidized oil had negative influence on growth of juvenile Amur sturgeon.
