摘要 企业变革的成功需要全体员工的支持行为。员工对企业变革的承诺是影响员工对变革的积极性及相应的支持行为的最重要的因素之一。员工对企业变革的承诺在企业变革的成功实施中发挥着关键作用。因此 。 Successful enterprise restructuring needs all employees' support. Commitment is one of the most important factors involved in employees' support to enterprises. It plays a key role in the due process. It is necessary to build employee commitment to enterprise restructuring.
