摘要
人力资源培训已成为现代企业发展战略的重要内容之一 ,但由于知识经济的到来 ,使企业人力资源培训的环境发生了巨大变化 ,因此企业应用新的思维看待人力资源培训。人力资源培训势在必行 ,人力资源培训的角色 ,重点发生了转移 。
Human resource training has become one of the important contents of modern enterprise development strategy, But because of the arrival of the kownledge-baded economy, the enormous change has taken place in the environment of the enterprise human resources training. So enterprises should ues new concepts to deal with human resources training. In this irresistable trend the role of human resource training has shifted. New content has been added to the objective human resource training.
