Circulating adds values; moreover, it is an important way of pushing the other industries to create and realize their values. As a result, the modernization of cirulating will promote the development of social productivity greatly. The significance of boosting the modernization of circulating in Western Areas is far more important. By analyzing the problems existing in the circulating industry in Western Areas, the paper provides the thoughts of boosting circulating modernization in Western Areas.
