肾炎散治疗小儿急性肾小球性肾炎

Observation of Infantile Acute Glomerulonephritis Treated by Shenyansan

肾炎散治疗急性肾小球肾炎患儿113例,对照组34例,中西医结合治疗组18例共165例。各组均按中医辨证分为风热,湿热和风寒3型。服药1疗程2周后总结其疗效,肾炎散治疗组显效82例(72.6％),在浮肿消退,利尿作用和尿蛋白降低及转阴效果方面肾炎散治疗组明显优于对照组,两组对比有显著差异(P〈O.05)。血β_2微小球蛋白治疗后测定值明显低于治疗前测定值亦以肾炎散治疗组明显大于对照组。这些均提示肾炎散具有消肿解毒,利湿祛风,活血化瘀的功用。

165 cases of infantile glomerulonephritis were divided into 3 groups,i.e.113 cases treated with Shenyansan(Powder For Nephritis),18 cases with Integrated TCM and WM therapy and 34 cases as control.All the groups were differentiated into 3 types:wind-heat,damp-heat and wind -cold.For the hydrops extinction,diuresis,and urinary protein lowering and vanishing,the effect of Shenyansan Group was remarkably better than that of Control Group(P〈0.05).For the reduction in the content of β_2 tiny globulins after treatment,the Shenyansan Group was also obviously larger than that of Control Group.These indicated that,Shenyansan had the functions of subduing swelling and detoxicating,removing dampness and expelling wind,and activating blood removing stasis.
