胰岛β细胞瘤中医辨证施治的体会

Experience of TCM Differentiation &.Treatment for Islet β Cell Tumor

胰岛β细胞瘤的治疗,西医主张手术切除。作者试用中医辨证施治取得一定疗效,4例中有3例临床症状能完全控制,1例部份控制,可惜未能坚持长期服药,故症状复发。4例中2例中医辨证均为心脾两虚,气血不足,用归脾汤加减取得显著疗效;1例中医辨证为痰浊蒙蔽,肝风内动,用半夏白术天麻汤加味亦取得显效;1例中医辨证为阴血亏、心神不宁,用天王补心丹加减亦有效。

For the treatment of islet β cell tumor,operation is commonly used in Western Medicine.In this paper,the treatment based on TCM differentiation was used and it was effective.Of 4 cases,the symptoms of 3 cases were completely controled.1 cases was partly controled,hut replased be- cause of not insisting of drugs intacken.Among them,2 cases were differentiated as deficiency of heart and spleen with deficiency of Qi and blood,modified Guipitang(Decoction For Invigorating Spleen And Nourishing Heart)was used.I case was stagnation of phlegm with up-stirring of liver treated with Banx- iabaizhutianmatang(Decoction of Pinellia,Bighead Atractylodes And Gastrodia).I case was deficiency of Yin and blood with irritability treated with Tianwangbuxindan(Cardiotonic Pill)
