腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染

Infection of Intervertebral Space After Intervertebral Discs Operation

治疗7例椎间盘术后感染,早期临床体征模糊,误诊为腰椎间盘突出症复发或术后神经根粘涟。本病临床表现以剧烈腰痛、白血球总数基本正常、体温偏高(38°C 以内)、血沉在45～120mm/h,结合腰椎X线显示病变全过程。治疗以绝对卧床为主,配合滋肾补肝中药治疗,结果良好。

In 7 cases of infection after intervertebral discs operation,the early clincial signs were indistinct,and were misdiagnosed as recurrence of intervertebral disc protrusion or adhesion of nerve root after operation.The mainfestations were voilent lumbago,basically normal count of WBC, high temperature(under38℃)high blood sedimentation(45-120mm/h).In addition,the X-ray exami- nation of lumbar vertebrae could display the whole process of the disease.The treatment was strict bed rest with TCM drugs for strengthening liver and kidney,and the effect was good.
