摘要
采用XRD、FTIR技术分析了改性膨润土的结构,考察了钠化膨润土、有机膨润土吸附脱色处理糖蜜酒精废液的影响因素,确定了适宜的处理条件。实验结果表明,有机膨润土对糖蜜酒精废液的脱色率比钠化膨润土高,可达到89.6%,而钠化膨润土对糖蜜酒精废液的脱色率仅有41.3%。有机膨润土对糖蜜酒精废液的脱色处理工艺条件为:有机膨润土投加量为5g(100mL)-1,处理体系pH值为9,吸附温度为70℃,吸附时间为60min。
Structures of modified bentonite were analysed by XRD and FTIR. The factors affecting the decolouration of the molasses alcohol wastewater by the modified bentonite were investigated. The optimal treatment conditions by organobentonite and Na-bentonite were obtained. The experiment results show that the decoloring ratio of molasses alcohol wastewater by organobentonite is greater than Na-bentonite, the former can reach 89.6% and the latter only 41.3%. The optimal treatment conditions of molasses alcohol wastewater by organobentonite are as follows: oganobentonite concentration is 5 g·(100 mL)-1, pH value of treated wastewater is 9, adsorption temperature is around 70°C, and adsorption time is about 60 min.
