Immunopharmacological Study on Gengnian No.1

更年Ⅰ号能提高小鼠血清溶菌酶的含量,明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加免疫功能低下幼鼠脾脏的重量促进淋巴细胞转化。实验为更年Ⅰ号能提高机体的免疫力提供依据。

Gengnian No.1(Composite No.1 for Menopausal Syndrome)had the effects such as,raising the content of serum lysozyme in mice,obviously raising the percentage and index of phagocyto-sis of rnactophage in mice abdominal cavity,raising the weight of spleen in young mice with immunolog-ic hypofunction,and promoting the lymphocyte transformation.The result of the experiment furnish theevidence of Gengnian No.1 for promoting immunologic function.
