金线莲中微量元素及氨基酸的分析测定

Analysis & Determination of Trace Elements & Amino Acids in Taiwanensis

金线莲是一种贵重的滋补、强壮药物。本文对金线莲中氨基酸组成成分、含量及有抗衰老活性的微量元素进行分析测定。结果表明金线莲中氨基酸与微量元素的含量均高于国产西洋参和野山参,提示金线莲可能是一种有开发前途的抗衰老药物。

Anoectockilus taiwanensos Hayata is one of the nourishing and health drugs.Thecompositions and contents of the amino acids and the trace elements for antisenility were analysed anddetermined.The results showed that,the contents of trace elements and amino acids in Anoectockilus tai-wanensis Hayata were higher than that in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and Radix Ginseng Silvestris,pro-duced in China.It indicated that taiwanensis might be a drugs with a great facture for antisenility.
