The Development of Population Quality and Human Resource in Western Regions

本文对西部地区人口科学文化素质进行了纵向和横向分析，结果表明多数省份人口科学文化素质偏低、提高速度缓慢，省际间差距在拉大。并针对存在问题提出了相应对策。

This thesis makes vertical and horizontal development analysis on population quality of science and culture.It shows that population quality of science and culture in most provinces is very low,improvement speed is slow and inter－ provinces gap is becoming larger and larger.As for this problem,corresponding measures are put forward.
