摘要
通过教学实验证明在普通高校健美操教学中引入表象演练 ,对提高学习效果的作用是显著的 ,着重表现为对成套健美操动作完成的熟练性有较大促进作用 ;同时在选择其运用时机和量的方面存在正。
Teaching experiment had proved that adopting representative drilling to aerobics teaching in ordinary colleges could increase the learning effect remarkably, especially promote the skill of completing the whole set of aerobics. There is double-side influence concerning choosing using time and quantum.
