老年脂质代谢紊乱中医证候的临床调查

Clinical Study on TCM Syndromes for Senile Lipid Metabolic Disturbance

对674名老年前期、老年期机关干部进行中医证候学调查。从临床角度证实老年脂质代谢紊乱为本虚标实证,本虚以肾虚为主,痰浊、血瘀为标,提出补虚以补肾为基础,泻实以祛痰,活血化瘀为主的治疗原则。

The syndromes among 674 office workers with the age about 45 were investiguted, The results confirmed that there were the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality in senile lipid metabolio disturbance,i.e.kidney—deficiency was the deficiency,phlegm—turbid and blood—stasis were the excess.Therefore,therapies of tonifying kidney for deficiency,and eliminating phlegm and ac- tivating blood circulation to remove stasis for excess were put forward as the principle of treatment.
