摘要
研究了冷变形状态Cu-15Ni-13Mn-28Zn合金的疲劳性能.结果表明:添加(1)0.1Ti(2)0.04Ce+0.003B可使合金的疲劳寿命稍有提高.另外,在所研究合金中增大变形量,也使疲劳 寿命有所提高.利用SEM对疲劳断口进行了分析,结果表明:断口的主要特征为脆性形貌, 可观察到疲劳条纹.
Effect of trace element on the fatigue properties of Cu-15Ni-13Mn-28Zn elastic a lloys has been investigated. The fatigue fracture was observed SEM. The results showed that adding 1) 0.1 Ti 2) 0.04Ce+0.003 B can improve the fatigue life slig htly. Increasing cold strain has the similar effect. The chief character of frac ture is brittle. In some area, fatigue striation can be observed.
