上臂携带式牵引固定器的临床研究

Clinical Study on Portable Traction Fixer of Upper Arm

针对上臂近关节和波及关节的不稳定骨折,根据骨伤生物力学的原理,研制出上臂携带式牵引固定器,应用于上臂骨折的临床治疗。实验证明:通常牵引力下(≤7kg)能够安全有效地起到牵引固定作用,并可根据需要调节牵引力的大小与方向。临床应用表明:使用方便、安全可靠、疗效满意。

Based on the biomechanics principle of orthopedics,the portable traction fixer of upper arm was developed for the treament of unstable fracture near or affecting the joints in upper arm. The experiment proved that,under the common traction force(≤7kg),it was effective and had the function of traction and fixation.Besides,the value and direction of the traction force could be adjusted according to the needs.The clinical application showed that,it was convenient and safe,and the effect was satisfied.
