摘要
通过对军事人力资本的性质、特点和类型、投资的内容和特征以及收益等理论问题的探讨 ,提出了军事人力资本投资的受限性、强制性、计划性和主体性 ,分析了不同模式下的军事人力资本收益与军人的行为。
This paper discusses the theoretic questions of military human capitals, such as its propertyies, characteristics, categories, content of investment. Restrictiveness, compulsion, planning and subjectiveness are the characteristics of military human capital investment and it is demonstrated that under different cost -income modes of the military human capital the solders are to take different behavioral modes.
