On Party Building in Junior Colleges

新时期树立新型党建管理理念,强化过程管理与目标管理并重模式,拓展基层管理方式;丰富党员教育内容,规范党员有序发展,构建党建工作信息化载体,是提升高职高专党建工作整体水平的有效途经。

It is considered as effective ways of enhancing the whole level of Party-building in Junior Colleges, to establish new conceptions of Party-building, to give equal attention to the process-oriented and objective-oriented management modes, to stress Party-building management, to enrich the content of Party member education, to further standardize development of new Party members, and to construct information carriers for Party building.
