摘要
针对我国房地产企业营销中呈现出品牌房地产不多,项目开发中营销战略规划不足等现象,文章重从员工管理、产品创新、绿色营销三个方面探讨培育房地产企业的市场营销力。
The author begins the study with the current management situation of the real estate enterprises and points out the importance of cultivating the marketing power of the real estate enterprises. The paper shows us how to cultivate the marketing power from the following three aspects: staff management, product innovation and green marketing.
