摘要
民营企业要健康成长、做大做强就必须有浓厚的企业文化作为支撑,要真正形成企业文化就必须在企业内部和外部建立沟通机制;同时,为确保企业文化的渗透以及发挥其核心价值的作用,文化沟通机制还需要常变常新以适应时代的发展。
The expansion and healthy development of private enterprises are greatly supported by their business culture whose formation depends on the communication system within and outside the enterprise. The system has to be adapted to the change of times if business culture can play its key role to the full.
