摘要
采用细胞学、免疫细胞化学及 Ames 试验法观察绞股蓝对小鼠 S_(180)腹水瘤胞的细胞增殖、细胞有丝分裂周期 DNA 合成、抗基因突变能力、免疫器官(胸腺和脾)及外周血中 T 淋巴细胞 B 淋巴细胞及其亚群的影响。结果表明绞股蓝对对瘤细胞的抑制作用主要表现在对肿瘤细胞有丝分裂的阻断,干扰 DNA 合成过程及提高抗基因突变能力,同时也证实绞股蓝是较强的免疫增进剂,既能促进 T 淋巴细胞及其亚群的增殖,增强细胞免疫,又能促进 B 淋巴细胞的增殖,增进体液免疫。
Cytochemical and Amens methods have been used to stt,dy the effects of Gynostenm- ma Pentaphyllum(GP)on generation,mitosis and DNA synthesis of ascites tumor cells,as well as the immune organs and the subsets of T and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood.The results discovered that the inhibition of GP to tumor cells is primarily to block the cell mitosis,interfere the process of DNA synthesis and raise the capability for anti—genic mutation.Based on the facts,we suggested that GP is a strong immunopotentitator,which is not only to promote T cell generation,and strengthen cellular im- munity,but also to promote the B cell generation and enhance the humoral immunity.
