摘要
气血阴阳大补汤能显著促进不同浓度 ConA(7.5～22.5μg/ml)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞~3H—TdR 掺入(P<0.05),及能显著刺激小鼠脾条件培养液(SCM)中克隆刺激因子(CSFs)产生(P<0.001)。结果提示该方剂有增强小鼠细胞免疫功能和刺激骨髓细胞增殖的作用。
Qixue Yinyang Dabutang(Main Decoction For Reinforcing Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang)ean significantly enhance the uptake of ~3H—TdR splenic lymphocytes of mice stimulated by var- ious concentration of ConA(7. 5—22. 5μg/mL),and markedly promote the colony stimulating factors (CSFs)production in spleen conditioned medium(SCM).The results suggested that the decoction has the effects of increasing cellimmuno function and stimulating cell proliferation of the bone marrow in mice.
