胡安国是两宋治春秋对后世影响最大的学者,他的学术渊源于孙复和程颐之学,为程氏私淑弟子。 他的《春秋传》不仅对南宋理学战胜新学产生了重要作用,对后世《春秋》学以及湖湘文化的发展也产生了深远 影响。

Hu An-guo was one of the most distinguished scholars who had far-reaching influences upon the afterworld in the Song dynasty. His learning was derived from the thought of Sunfu and Chengyi who were thought to be his teachers but not teach him personally. His writing Chun-qiu zhuan did not only have great important influences upon the contending academic schools, but also have profound effects upon the after-time historical and cultural studies.
