With the development of Multi-media and Net technology, Web-based English teaching has gradually showed its superiority. This paper analyzes the functions and advantages of interaction which is the most characteristic in Web-based English teaching, then probes into how to take advantage of them to create an ideal environment for English learning and teaching.
