本文通过学年制与学分制的比较研究,认为成人高等教育实行学分制是市场经济社会对人才培养提出的要求,学分制更适合成人高等教育。并对学分制实行的原则和运作过程中的相关问题作了阐述。

This article things that carrying out the credit system for higher adult education is the request of planting person with ability in market economy society, basing on the research of compare between scholastic year system and credit system. Credit system is more suitable for higher adult education. And it also expatiate the principle of carrying out credit system and some problems in process of carrying out it.
