Analysis on Causal Essentials of the Unlimited Defense from the Perspective of the Interconversion of Quality and Quantity

本文从质量互变的视角,阐述了无限防卫构成要件中的起因要件,指出:无限防卫之起因要件是其质的规定性和量的规定性的对立统一,二者相互联系、相互制约,共同构成无限防卫起因要件之统一体。如果无限防卫起因要件统一体中的任何一个因素出现异化,即质与量的统一发生分裂,新的统一体便会形成:无限防卫蜕变为假想无限防卫。

This article, from the perspective of the interconversion of quality and quantay, illustrates causal essentials in component essentials of unlimited defense, and points out that causal essentials of unlimited defense is the antinomy and unity of its quality and quantity, which interrelate and restrict each other, and form the entia of causal essentials of unlimited defense. If either factor of the entia dissimilates, that is, the entia of quality and quantity splits, a new entia will come into being, and the unlimited defense will turn into the hypothetical unlimited defense.
