气质类型的分布,具有不均衡性和相对稳定性。进行气质类型的调查分析并及时将结果反馈给学生,既可以让学生们更了解自己的个性气质,更好地了解自己的气质特点在教书育人工作中的优势与不足,并进一步对未来职业生涯的设计作出思考;也可以为在职的教学人员提供一定的参考,营造良好教学氛围,富有效率、有的放矢地开展教学工作。本文尝试对此做一系列的探索与分析。

The distribution of types of artistic quality features unevenness and instability. To carry out a survey of artistic quality and to inform students of the findings can help them understand themselves much better in this regard. By so doing, they can plan their professional career better in accordance with their own artistic quality and by avoiding their own shortcomings. The finding can be used by professional educators as reference in order to improving teaching. This thesis has done a survey in this perspective.
