摘要
合成了一种中心对称的草酰胺桥联异三核配合物{[Ni(oxbe)]2Co(H2O)2}·2.5DMF[H3oxbe为N-(2-羧基苯)-N′-(2-氨乙基)不对称草酰胺].用单晶X-ray衍射法测定了它的晶体结构,该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数a=2.2698(5)nm,b=1.7212(3)nm,c=1.0904(2)nm,β=115.51(3),V=3.8446(13)nm3,Ni2CoC29.50H34.50N8.50O12.50,Mr=891.58,Z=4,Dc=1.510Mg/m3,μ(MoKα)=1.464mm-1,F(000)=1794,R=0.0540,wR=0.1588,(I>2б(I)),2548个可观察衍射点.该三核分子为中心对称结构,钴离子位于中心由6个氧原子构成的八面体中,两个镍离子则分别位于两端由N3O构成的近似平面四方场中,中心Co2+与两端的Ni2+通过草酰胺阴离子桥联在一起.
Centrosymmetrical oxamido-bridged heterotrinuclear complex {\_2Co(H_2O)_2}·2.5DMF has been synthesized, where H_3oxbe is dissymmetrical ligand N-benzoato-N′-(2-aminoethyl)oxamido,and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic ,space group C2_1/c with a=2.269 8(5) nm, b=1.721 2(3) nm, c=1.090 4(2) nm, β=115.51(3)°, V=3.844 6(13) nm^3,(Ni_2CoC_(29.50)H_(34.50)N_(8.50)O_(12.50),M_r)=891.58, Z=4,Dc=1.510 Mg/m^3,μ(MoKα)=1.464 mm^(-1),F(000)=1794,R=(0.0540),and wR=0.1588 for 2548 observed reflections with I>2б(I). The heterotrinuclear molecular structure is centrosymmetrical, with one octahedral cobalt atom lying on symmetrical center and two terminal nickel atoms in approximately square planar environment.The inner Co(Ⅱ) ion and the outer Ni(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by two oxamido anion groups.
