重庆金佛山野生银杉人工繁殖技术初步研究

A Preliminary Study of Artificial Breeding Technique in WildCathaya argrophylla in Jinfu Mountain,Chongqing

银杉 (Cathayaargrophylla)为我国一级重点保护珍稀植物 ,由于其自然繁殖能力弱而种群数量难以扩大。本文通过对金佛山野生银杉的人工繁殖试验说明 ,银杉种子经消毒后再进行低温沙藏能大大提高它的发芽率、成苗率和幼苗生长质量 。

Cathaya argrophylla is the first-class protected plant species in China.It is difficult to widen the number of its species owing to its weak natural reproductive capacity.The test of artificial breeding of wild Cathaya argrophylla has shown that its seeds' germination percentage,small seedlings' growing quality and mature seedling rate can greatly increase if its seeds are disinfected and stored in sand in the condition of lower temperature,but that its cutting reproduction is very difficult.
