Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,private Economy has existed in Chinese society and has been ratified by Chinese constitutions at different historic periods .In Chinese national economy,private economy has played different roles and represents people's different understanding to its nature .Consequently,China must enhance the development of the private economy as well as enforce the directing of it.
