企业变革时期员工预期不公平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 员工公平感是影响管理人员成功实施企业变革的重要因素之一。多数西方学者主要重视员工现实的不公平感 ,较少考虑员工预期不公平的问题。本文将根据组织公平理论 ,介绍员工预期不公平的含义、影响模型及其理论价值 ,并对企业变革时管理人员如何预防员工产生预期不公平感提出建议。
