摘要
通过瞬态温度场的有限元计算,提出一种对流换热系数的确定方法,并对现有结构MM7120A型精密平面磨床立柱进行了瞬态温度场计算,边界条件由实验方法确定.所得的计算数值和实测值充分一致。
Through the FEM calculation for an instantaneous temperature field, if proposes a defining method of convective heat transfer coefficient and calculates the instantaneous temperature field of an available structure of model MM7120A precision plane crinder col- umn. The boundary condition has been defined by experiment method. The calculation re- sult obtained is in keeping with the measurement fully.
