在研究已知圆的公切圆基础上，提出了机械图形的新算法．本法仅用三个参数，既简便 又通用，对二维图形的输入尤佳．

Based on the research of the tangent of the given circles, a new algorithm used in mechanical drafting is presented. In this method, only three parameters are employed. It is easy and simple. For the two demensional draftings input, it is a better choice.
