摘要
报道了高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ催化光度法测定痕量锰的新方法.方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为2.5×106L·mol-1·cm-1.测定锰量的线性范围为25~150ng/25mL.用于测定水样中锰.
Based on the catalytic oxidation of arsenazo III by potassium peridate in the pres- ence of nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator, a new inetic method has been daveloped for the determination of the trace amounts of Mn. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.5 ×106L. mol-1. cm-1. The linear range of the determination is 25~ 150ng/ 25ml of manganese. If has been applied to the direct determination of trace manganese in natural water samples.
