摘要
应用LB累积层膜技术把聚合物单分子层沉积在微孔基底膜上,制成复合膜并进行CO2和CH4的传质试验.结果表明,足够层数的聚合物单分子层能复盖住基底膜的全部微孔,排除Knudsen扩散的影响,改善分离系数,实验还发现,当温度升高时,该复合膜的CO2相对于CH4的透过选择性有明显提高.
Composite membranes have been fabricated by LB multilayers technique that de- posited polymeric monolayers on porous substrates. The gas permeabilities of carbon dioxde and methane through the membranes were measured. The results showed that enough layers of polymeric monolayers which covered all micropores on substrates would aliminate the in- fluence of Knudsen diffusion and improve the seperation factor. It was also found that the permselectivity for carbon dioxide versus methane through the membranes obviously rose with the increase of temperature.
