摘要
提出容差模拟电路故障诊断的新方法一广义反投影法.它的故障定位准确率与当今最精良的定位法(非线性最小二乘法)相当.
This paper proposes a novel algorithm, the GIP (Generalized Inverse Projetion), to locate faults in analog circuits with tolerance. The computation time it takes is only a twentieth or a hundredth of the NLS'(Nonlinear Least Square) with the same accu- racy as the NLS', which has been considered so far the most accurate for location of faults.
