摘要
用透射电镜和扫描电镜分析比较了QBe2合金硬态分级时效的显微组织与断口形貌,提出了最佳热处理工艺.观察结果表明,硬态分级时效使该合金脱溶物呈均匀方式析出.断口形貌明显细化.合金强韧性进一步提高.
This paper deals with the banalysis on microstructure and fracture morphology of beryllium copper alloys (QBc2) after step ageing in hard condition by SEM and TEM. The optimum heat treating cycle is suggested. he observation result denodes that, after step age- ing, the alloying precipitated particles are obviously dispersed, the strength and the toughness of this alloys may be further increased.
