摘要
根据CW6180C车床噪声与振动测试及数据处理,结合该机床传动系统分析、频谱分析及箱体结构分析,确定机床的主要噪声源,为设计低噪声的新机床提供依据.
This article deals with the determination of the lathe main noise source on the basis of the noise and vibration tests and the signal data processing or CW6180C lathe, along with the analysis of its tramsmission system, its frequency spectrum and the structure of its gearbox in order to provide the basis for designing new noise-low lathe.
