摘要
该文结合工程实践,提出了一个采用NORFlash和NANDFlash混合设计的大容量、低成本存储系统的解决方案,并结合具体的开发环境,描述了该存储系统支撑软件的体系结构,最后给出了驱动软件的详细设计与实现方法。
Based on practical engineering,a solution of high capacity and low cost storage system is proposed,which is designed with NOR Flash and NAND Flash.Its software architecture in the special development platform is described,and the software realization method is presented in detail.
