Material Purchasing is a very important link of the management of capital and cost of enterprises.This paper introduces the development of Enterprise Material Purchasing Management System,which is well adapted for all kinds of enterprises.The design ideas of this system architecture and modules are presented.Furthmore,several key technologies in the implementation of this system are discussed.
