摘要
天津钢管公司从德国引进的150吨VD炉,自1992年投产以来,真空性能一直达不到设计指标,极大地影响了该公司的产品质量及效益。虽也经过几次攻关但均末成功。2000年4月该公司与西安重型机械研究所合作,通过测试诊断、优化设计、更换喷嘴及第四级泵体后,一次试车成功。完全达到甚至超过外方原设计指标,得到用户的高度评价。经过两年多的生产运行证明,此次改造是非常成功的,并为国内现有引进的钢液精炼真空设备今后的改造提供了依据。
Tianjin Steel Tube Co. (TST) imported a 150-t VD furnace from Germany, of which the vacuum performance hadn't been keeping up to design criteria until 2000 since it started operating in 1992. Thus, TST's economic benefits and quality of products were affected seriously. Although every effort was made to solve the problam many times, no successful outcome was found. However, in April 2000, the vacuum system of the furnace was commissioned satisfactorily once for all by taking such measures as testings, diagnosis and design re-optimization especially changing the spray nozzle and the 4th-stage pump housings through the cooperation between TST and Xi'an Heavy Machinery Institute. Nowadays the vacuum has been entirely up to even exceeded the original design criteria, thus gaining high evaluation from users. The over two years history of operation of the furnace revealed that the technical reform is highly suuessful and, in particular, it can provide a basis on which the existing imported molten steel refining vacuum systems in China is available to reform.
