摘要
仿生物免疫检测算法是人工免疫系统研究的一个重要的组成部分。文章针对过去所有的仿生物免疫检测算法中将数据文件等长划分所带来的基因缺失的缺陷,提出了一种负选择模式匹配检测算法。算法融合了生物学中负选择的思想,采用模式匹配的方法,并加入疫苗算子进行辅助检测。仿真实验表明,该算法具有较高的检测效率及不占用过多的时间和空间的优点。
Immune detection algorithms are an important part of research of artificial immune system.In this paper,aim-ing at the default caused by data files' equal-length partition in the past algorithms ,a negative selection scheme match detection algorithm is proposed.It syncretizes the idea of negative selection in biology,is applied for the method of scheme match and joins vaccines operator to help detection.Shown by simulation experiments,the algorithm has such characteristics as high detecting efficiency and not occupying overmuch time and space source.
