The Implementation of One-side Communications on Standard Unix System

摘要 随着MPI-2标准的发布,单边通信正在受到越来越多的关注。文章以DigitalUnix为例,详细地提出了一种利用PROC文件系统在标准Unix工作站上实现单边通信的方法。该方法基于Unix操作系统现有的支持,实现简单、实用、高效,可以方便地移植到其它UNIX系统。 Since Version2of MPI specification is released,more and more effort has been focused on the one-side communications.This paper presents a method in detail for implementation of one -side communications on standard Digital Unix Workstation based on the PROC file system.This method is under the current support of the Unix Operation System.Its implementation is simple,practical and efficient.This method is also easy to transplant to another UNIX system.
