摘要
文章简单介绍了主动网络的原理及相比其他网络的优势,给出了一种新的主动网络的管理模型。此模型的管理实体的远程前端允许操作者设计新的网络拓扑、检查节点状态以及配置节点。为了充分利用主动网络的优势,引入了动态可编程的主动MIB和代理,使追踪分布式应用程序实现简单。管理者同主动节点之间是通过XML语言通信的。网关服务实现了从XML格式的请求到主动分组所用语言的转换,完成了向网络注入代码的功能。
A management architecture for active network is presented in this paper,which is based on the principle of active network and its advantages over other networks.In this architecture,a remote front-end of managing entity allows the operator to design new network topologies,to check the status of the nodes and to configure them.In order to take advantages of the active networks technology,active MIBs and agents are introduced,which are dynamic and pro-grammable.They make tracing distributed applications a feasible task.The manager communicates with an active node through the XML language.A gateway service performs the translation of the queries from XML to an active packet lan-guage and injects the code in the network..
