摘要
在对国内外现有的区域科技实力评价理论与方法进行梳理的基础上,引入新的工具(网络层次分析法)来确定评价指标权重,并给予理论说明和实证分析,对区域科技实力评价方法进行了有益的探索.
Based on the discussion of many theories and methods evaluating scientific strength existed, home and abroad, we use a new tool (Analytic Network Process) to determine the weights of different indexes and analyze the mehod both in theory and in practice, carring on helpful exploration to the regional scientific strength evaluation method.
