摘要 传热面流体动力机械在线自动清洗防垢技术综合了自动清洗防垢与传热强化两者的优势,克服了周期性停车清洗的局限性。已经在工业成功应用的主要是自转螺旋与内循环流态化两大类技术。简述了研究所近二十年在自转螺旋清洗技术开发、理论研究、与工业应用方面取得的进展,展示出广阔的应用前景,尤其在蒸发器和电厂真空冷凝器方面有希望取得重大突破和巨大的经济效益。并且介绍了这方面技术的国内外发展趋势和内循环流态化清洗技术的最新研究。 This techniques have the advantages of auto-cleaning and anti-fouling and strengthening heattransfer, and eliminate the periodical stopping operation for cleaning. The mechanical elements successfullyapplied in industry are self-rotate screw and inner-recycle fluidization. This paper briefly reviewed theadvances of the development , theoretical research and industrial application of self-rotate screw cleaningtechniques in recent 20 years . They showed that self-rotate screw cleaning techniques had good prospectsin industrial application, especial in the aspects of evaporators and increasing economic benefit would behopeful . The recent research and development about inner-recycle fluidization cleaning technique werebriefly introduced also.
