摘要 N-(4,4’-Difluorobenzhydryl)piperazine, a key intermediate of lomerizine hydrochloride, was synthe-sized from piperazine hydrochloride via neutralization and condensation with 4,4’-difluorobenzhydrylchloride with an overallyield of 70.4%。 N-(4,4'-Difluorobenzhydryl)piperazine, a key intermediate of lomerizine hydrochloride, was synthe-sized from piperazine hydrochloride via neutralization and condensation with 4,4'-difluorobenzhydrylchloride with an overallyield of 70.4%。
