摘要
电子在超导体和真空中运动速度极快,采用现有的半导体技术可研制超导体——真空——超导体——真空——超导体的三端器件会获得速度极快、功耗极低、抗辐射、耐低温、可集成的种种优点,本文将讨论它的可能性和某些特点。
The electron motion velocity is fast extremely in vacuum. Applying the modern semiconductor technology could explore a Superconductor Vacuum-Superconductor-Vacuum-Superconductor three-terminal device and it could obtain velocity fast extremely, dissipation extremely low and radiation-proof , suitable to low temperature , integratable and so forth merits. The possibility and some features of this device are discussed in this article.
