双压轮仿形旋压全自动机床的研制

Research on Automatic Machine of Profile Modeling Spinning With Double Verticils

针对凸台管件的特点 ,采用双压轮 (粗、精压轮 )对工件进行仿形旋压加工。开发与利用了滑阀随动装置、靠模板跟踪装置来保证其仿形精度。实践证明 ,该机床技术先进 ,质量可靠 ,值得推广应用。

Based on the characteristics of protruding pipe,the writers of this article have conducted profile modeling spinning process to the workpiece by using pressure of double verticils(for rough and meticulous pressure ),developed and utilized the devices of slide valve follow-up and master plate tracker to guarantee the precision of profile modeling. Experiments have proved that this machine tool is advanced and reliable to be used widely.
