摘要
根据轴承产品结构以及设计过程特点 ,探讨了一种可自动完成滚动轴承工艺设计过程的方法。该方法基于工艺知识库 ,可以实现滚动轴承加工中的锻造、车削、磨削和热处理等工艺的自动化设计。这项技术已经应用在一个CAPP系统中 ,取得较好的效果。
Based on the features of bearing structure and process designing,discussing a viable way to complete the process designing of the bearing automatically. This way is based on knowledge library,and implements automatic process designing of forging,turning,grinding and heat treatment and so on during bearing manufacturing. This technology had been applied in a CAPP system and gained a good result.
