摘要
随着社会和经济的高速发展,用户对电能质量和可靠性提出了更高的要求。去年的“8·14美加大停电”激起了全世界对电网安全可靠运行的高度关注,许多电力企业正在为其配电网安装或考虑安装停电管理系统。因此研制和开发一个功能强大且可升级的停电管理系统是电力行业所面临的一个崭新课题。本文针对停电管理系统及其在配电企业中的有效应用进行了阐述。
With the rapid development of society and economy, customer requirements for high quality and reliablility of power energy increase more and more . Last year, the 8-14 blackout in USA and Canada made the worldwide utilities focus on the security and reliability of electric power networks. Many utilities are actively installing or planning to install an outage management system ( OMS ) for their electric distribution operations. Developing a robust and scaleable outage management system is a new task of electric power industry. This paper provides an overview on outage management systems and its efficient integration into the distribution enterprise.
